Has anyone been to sentosa island singaporeif so where are the best places to eat and visit?
Sentosa Island is an interesting place, full of various activities – aquariums/dragon nature trail/golden beaches and swimming /pink dolphin shows etc: You will need a full day for this. The easiest way is to get there is to get a taxi to Mount Faber, the starting point of the cable car ride that takes you across to the island(half way through the ride, it goes through a skyscraper and stops to pick up passengers!) Other places to visit…………………………. Raffles Hotel for a Singapore Sling Duck Tours for a land & water tour of Singapore Fountain of Wealth Orchard Rd for shopping mall paradise Merlion itself – famous landmark of Singapore For food, I suggest head towards Clarke and Boat Quey – various vendors/restraunts offering so many diffrent foods with tables all lined along the banks of the Singapre river that snakes its way through the glam of the City.
