Has anyone been pregnant with severe fatigue, and tiredness and found out they are pregnant with twins?
Severe fatigue is often an effect of pregnancy, especially when you already have other children, so alone I would not say this is a sign of twins. However, as a twin, you may have a higher probability of having twins than other women, and you should certainly make sure your doctor looks at this as a real possibility. A sonogram, when the time is right, will give you the information you need.
