I’ve been to one of their freebies and smelt a large rodent. Basically they are an investment company that will lend you money for property development that perhaps would not be available from regular sources such as a bank. Inside Track’s head man isn’t badly off judging by his wife’s alleged divorce settlement demands. Probably due to horrendous interest rates that his punters have to pay plus £2500 for a seminar “to prove you are serious”. Walk away and get your financing from a more reputable source.
