actually i had switched my son from the sensitive to the sensitive rs formula, and it made his spitting up worse! i tried it for a few days since they say it takes a while to really see the benefits, but i just couldn’t do it to him anymore. he was probably spitting up half of all of his bottles.. i don’t know about the constipation, but i thought for the price of the stuff and the inconvenience of having to warm all bottles since it’s only in the liquid form that needs to be refridgerated, it was not worth it!
