Has anybody ever asked a designer dog “breeder” these questions?
I have a so called ‘designer dog’ that you are refering too, his name is Dexter and he is the most wonderful, loving, beautiful dog I have ever owned. I decided to get a labradoodle (poodle/lab) because of their temperament, love of children, non aggressive nature etc.. If i had got a pure breed from a breeder, like a rottweiler, or pit bull terrier that would be okay would it because it is excepted… not the fact that these dogs are renowned for aggression sometimes towards children! I have seen it myself! Pure breeds suffer way more health problems than a mutt cross breed in my experience (former german shephard, and yorkie owner) Labardoodles were first breed in 1989 to help blind people who were allergic to the constant shedding hair of labs they have helped lots of disabled people since then, look at the bigger picture of these breeds!
