Has any user testing been done on IdeaScale?
User testing of the tool template (the template that will be tailored for each agency) was conducted January 14–15, 2010. A total of 41 tests (in-person and remote user tsts) were done. Results from the user testing will be incorporated into the tool as much as possible prior to the February 6, 2010 launch date. Some improvements noted in testing may be implemented after the launch. User testing results will be posted on WebContent.gov.
