Has anbody here taken the tablet champix to help stop smoking?
I have not personally taken it, but both my parents have. My dad who is 52 had been smoking since he was 13 and my mom who is 50 had been smoking since she was 18. They both took champix and have not smoked a single cigarette in over a year. The only side effect that they experienced was when they first started taking it if they smoked it made them feel extremely nauseous.
good luck with any stop smoking aid will power is harder at first but has certainly kept me off it for almost 5 months now Chewing gum and cleaning my teeth helped also drinking lotts of cold water the worst is the first couple of days but keep telling yourself if you can make it thro the first day you can surley do 2 days so on Me I never ever thought in a million years that I could do it but here I am smoke free and I feel fantastic about it I smoked for 30 years as many as 30 a day so If i can so can you good luck
