In 2007 Allegria received an award of merit for its master-plan from the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) recognising its unique landscape and environment. The master-plan was developed by world-renowned master-planners EDAW.Allegria also received two CNBC Arabian Property Awards in 2008, in the categories of Best Development and Best Golf Development in Egypt and another in 2009 for best architecture in Egypt.
