No, the Board has not adopted a new salary schedule. The Compensation Study Design Team has approved a recommendation that the District move forward with recommending a Knowledge and Skill Based Salary Schedule for teachers to the Board. Prior to making this recommendation to the Board, many questions need to be answered. The Design Team continues to work at answering these questions.
