Yes! For the one in the bathroom, if you have the kind of plug that you open and close with a knob on top of the sink, lift the plug and jiggle and turn it until you can pull it out completely. It’s probably about 6″ long. It will have all sorts of smelly junk stuck to it which you can wipe off with t.p. and put in the trash. Usually they have a little hook in the bottom and then you put it back in. For the kitchen sink my favorite method is actually environmentally kind, too! First find something where you can seal the opening. If you don’t have a drainer/plug, then try a round lid to a plastic container, one that’s flexible. Now all you need is baking soda and vinegar (white vinegar is very cheap). Toss an ample amound of baking soda down the drain, get your lid ready and then pour some vinegar and slam down the lid. The vinegar and baking soda together bubble and boil, but it’s completely harmless and you can even get your hands in it. If it doesn’t clear it out the first time then
