hgmike (Inspector) We don’t have any known conflicts with Windows 7 and have many users using Windows 7. There was an old problem with Acrobat 9 in previous versions of HomeGauge, but it generally would not cause a crash, it just would not allow you to print to pdf. But, since version 4.2, HomeGauge has its own built in pdf writer, so it doesn’t rely on any outside pdf creation software. You can check to see which version of HomeGauge you are running by going to the menu “Help – About HomeGauge”, and make sure you are using the current version, 4.4. If not, try downloading and installing the latest version, use the built in pdf writer, and see if that helps. If it doesn’t, please contact our support line at 877-274-4299 and someone here can help you troubleshoot your problem.
