Sore muscles aren’t bad. if you’re sore, you’re doing fine. That lets you know that you’re getting stronger, because when your muscles get sore, the acid(Some kind of acid) released from the muscles breaks them down, but they will be repaired and be built back up stronger. Unless you’re sore for a while, I wouldn’t worry about it.
