Guitar learning …What is the best method of learning guitar?
When I first started playing guitar, I learned chords first, then scales later. As far as learning music by ear, if that’s what you mean, then I’d suggest learning at least the really basic chords, like G D and C and so on. That way you can start to be able to pick out these chords in the music you listen to. Another good way is to use a great site like http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/ where you can type in whatever song you want to learn, and they’ll show you what chords go along with it as well as the fingerings for the chords.
