With certain PS3 games, people are sharing their save files online, which quickly lets you get to a certain part of the game, see what happens with a particular time consuming achievement, etc. Here is how to transfer a saved game from the PC to the Playstation 3: First of all, find the saved game that you want online (PS3gamesaves.net is a good starting point). Usually a saved game will come in a zip file which will contain a directory with a title full of letters and numbers: something such as BCUS98103. This directory has to be unzipped, as is, into a particular directory on a USB memory stick. Create a directory on your USB memory stick called ìPS3î, and inside of it create another directory called ìSAVEDATAî.
