Groupwise says it can find the tcp/ip address. What do I do?
Due to the upgrade this summer, Groupwise has changed addresses. While every effort was made to make Groupwise update automatically sometimes it won’t. In these instances it must be done manually. To do this, double-click on the groupwise icon on your screen. When the login screen comes up make sure ‘online’ is selected and enter ‘172.16.61.245’ in the address block. In the ‘port’ block put in one of the following numbers: Admin = 1678, Highschool = 1679, Middleschool = 1680, Elementary’s = 1681 and Bigfork = 1682. Then try to log in again. If it still doesn’t work, put in a Tech Support Request.
