Isn’t the system open to abuse? Yes it is, but think about it for a minute. The places we normally look for things are paid for directories, places where people pay to advertise themselves to tell you how wonderful they are in their own words. Are these vetted? No. Do these offer any guarantees? No. Have people been ripped off by services they have found in respectable paid for directories? YES!! This site is populated by ordinary people who have used a service and would be happy to recommend it. Over time these recommended services will be further endorsed by other people who have also used the services of those who are listed. People will also report to us when they spot a service they know to be poor having used the service or by knowing someone who has and there is a link provided with every search result so it’s easy for you to tell us this. We fully accept that there is a degree of trust, many other online businesses rely on this also but in practice we believe the honest entries
