This is uncommon, but if you find that you keep looping back to one specific page and can’t seem to get to a different page or are locked, your best bet is to close out the program, exit your internet browser and relaunch your internet explorer or other browser. You may need to remove any related cookies from your system as well if the first step does not work. When all else fails, restart your computer.
