Well, if you have a question for Cain, there’s this nifty area labeled “Parliamentarians.” Of course, it may not be the wisest idea to put questions for the President there. There are forums representing each of the NJCL offices, and the NJCL officers will be chained to a computer for hours at a time to ensure that they properly monitor their forum.
