A small amount of hand luggage is permitted on airlines and on the passenger shelves in coaches. This amount varies depending on the carrier but as a rough guide a small bag containing personal items sufficient for the journey and any particular valuables or breakables. We highly recommend money belts as secure means of protecting tickets, passports and currency. Other luggage is dependent on the season, destination and duration of travel. The golden rule however is Travel light! Versatile clothing and foot ware are the key to avoiding unnecessary time and effort being wasted.
