• Click on the I Agree button at the Acceptable Use Policy page • Type in your username and click the Next button. If you don’t know your username, click on the click here link to access the First time user section • Answer 3 of the 6 security questions (you have 3 attempts to successfully answer 3 of the 6 questions before your account becomes disabled and you have to contact the help desk to have a ticket opened with Information Security. Please Note: you must answer all of your security questions exactly as you originally typed them. This means the same spelling and use of capital and lower case letters.
