go heros; if a law is passed, will that give burglars more reason to be ooled up for their outings?
To be honest this new law will make no difference to me as I have always stood by the thought that if someone came into my house uninvited I would hit them with the heaviest item I could find.There has always been a law that states if someone is to hit you on your doorstep there’s not much you can do about it other than claim assault.But should they come into your house and hit you then your acting in self defence,and they would be charged with aggravated assault which carries a higher or rather more serious charge.
