Global Warming! why have we not addressed the real problem, The increasing Human Population?
If you look at the nations where population increase is most, they tend to be developing countries with lower educational facilities. This coupled with ineffective or corrupt governments leads to lack of population control. If we add religion to this horrendous mix, then we have a real problem! In contrast, the developed world, largely the industrialised western nations allow easy and cheap access to birth control, and even abortion. The next world hiatus will be over resources, even simple things like food and water-it is already happening in Africa-where all the negative factors are in play. It could also happen in S. America where the influence of the Catholic Church is strong. Strangely, the most fecund segment of the population in Europe is Non Christian, mainly Muslim.
