RoomAllot allows Suppliers to monitor in real-time who blocks, who books and can view how long and how frequently they block the room and release without confirming. This data is also saved in a sortable history file. The advanced search page can extract reports for individual Agents to study the pattern of how they book and cancel. Suppliers can iventually suspend or cancel accounts that they find are abusing the access.
