Given that time of year, which country would be better for game viewing, Kenya or Tanzania?

Due to time constraints, we can only visit one or the other. My concern that time of year is that, due to the migration from the Serengeti into Kenya, the game viewing will be more spectacular in Kenya and we will be disappointed in the viewing in the serengeti. Thank You.
