Because Pryme can provide the Australian investor with access to U.S. oil and natural gas prices that generally result in higher operating income for oil because of lower production cost in the U.S. and generally higher U.S. market prices for natural gas. Although Pryme has its roots in Australia, the bulk of our management experience and expertise is located in this attractive U.S. Gulf Coast region.
