Slowbro – at Lv 37( to get a rare pokemon get a slowpoke and give it a king’s rock and trade it . it will evolve into slow king Drifloon – go to Valley wind works (east of floaroma) when outside of the place . there will be a level 22 Drifloon ( you can only see him/her on friday sooo just change the date in the menu when you are tunning the console on ) Sheilder – give it a water stone .
