Call the attorney office to find out who you owe the money to. Charged off doesn’t mean you don’t have to pay they can still collect but they did an accounting entry. The only thing charged off does is mean they have a policy or law saying they must not count your debt to them as a asset. Capital One should be able to tell you if they sold the debt and to whom. If they go to court they will get a judgment and garnish your pay.
