First and foremost, I recommend you checking with your doctor. If the medicine you are on is Coumadin I assume you already know that this thins your blood thus possibly making the final outcome not as desirable as you would like. A tattoo is basically a wound and your "healing" time may not be as a person not on meds for DVT. My best answer is to ask your doctor then check with the tattoo parlor as to their policies.
