General Troubleshooting Why do I get a ‘Temporary Unavailable’ message when I attempt to send an order?
The “Temporarily Unavailable” message is displayed during scheduled system maintenance or if there is a problem connecting with JustPrint server. Please double-check to be sure your computer has an active connection to the Internet. If you have a valid connection try re-submitting the order a few minutes later. If, after several attempts, you’re still unable to place your order, please contact customer service.
