It takes data feeds from the current ERP systems. These feeds represent Order, Product, Customer, Sales Force and Manufacturer information and more. These feeds have to be created by the IT people within the client company. Q: How long does it take to implement BI-Enterprise on a client? A: We implement BI-Enterprise per key business functions. Key Business Functions are Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Operations. The implementation in each area occurs in 3 phases. Phase 1 is understanding the client’s business and defining their “live” business reporting needs. Phase 2 is implementing the solution within the Business Process and Phase 3 is training and supporting the users as they integrate our solution within their business process for a true positive ROI on their business.
