GENERAL QUESTION: What is a rotating banner?
A rotating banner is simply 2 or more banners setup to switch after a certain period of time, thereby creating an animation or rotated banner. In other words, a rotating banner allows you to create multiple individual banners and put them together as one banner that flips between all of the individual banners. Using a rotating banner you can do things like change the text on the banner, slide text across the banner, change colors gradually or back and forth, change the background gradient back and forth or gradually, make your text rotate around in a full circle, make your border grow and shrink, or change the background image while keeping the same text and colors. It’s really just a matter of being creative.
