They’re PM (private message) bubbles. If you click on them, the message will pop up and you can read them. You can see them all by loading the player list (Press F7). PM Color code: Red: Staff / Automated server message Yellow: Private message direct from another player Blue: Mass message (this has been sent to you and some other players too) Green: A message from guild members. To send one, say “toguild: ” in your chat-box. Grey: A to-all chat message. To send one, say “toall: ” in your chat-box.
