Garage door keypad code. How do I reset it?

– &nbsp the wrong code was entered too many times and it didn’t open the door. I hit the learn button and then entered a new code and hit enter but the lights didn’t flash and I did not hear any clicks. Then the receivers stopped working so I had to reactivate those. I replaced the 12 volt battery on the keypad by craftsman and tried to enter a new code again within 30 seconds and hit enter. NO go. Please help!
