For users of GameDrive 7.10 or previous version, uncheck the ’Enable CD Autorun’ box located by clicking View-> Settings > Miscellaneous settings in the GameDrive menu bar. For users of GameDrive 7.11 or later version, right-click on virtual drive pane in GameDrive manager and select uncheck Autorun (all virtual drives) from drop menu.
