Frozen gas lines, how can I get it unfrozen?

Your blow dryer idea is good. There’s no safety issue with it unless you let it get buried in the snow. Especially with modern blow dryers which have the fancy fault-detecting breaker (intended to shut it off if you drop it in the bathtub). If you have a friend with a running car, it’s probably easier to buy a long outdoor extension cord than to push the car through snow. There’s always a chance that “frozen gas line” isn’t the problem. It could be a fuel pump failure, for example. Or even something in the ignition system. You can rule out ignition problems if you spray starting fluid into the air intake and it starts and runs for a few seconds then dies. In that case it’s definitely some kind of fuel system problem. Best of luck!
