From where must the apparel be exported in order to receive duty-free treatment under the program?

In order to qualify for duty-free treatment under the Haiti EIAP, the apparel must be exported from Haiti or the Dominican Republic to the United States. See OTEXA’s interim procedures, Section (.c).
