From what sources are the Optimal Health Systems enzymes derived?
The enzymes are derived from fermentation of vegetable cell cultures, such as A. oryzae, B. subtilis and T. reesei, using all organic ingredients. The enzymes, which are soluble, are separated from the organism and nutrient by repeated micro filtration. The resulting purified enzymes solution is freeze-dried to reduce it to a powder for use as an ingredient in our products.
