• Completion of a minimum of 90 semester hours of undergraduate study, including: Biology (lecture and lab) One full academic year Chemistry (lecture and lab) One full academic year Organic Chemistry (lecture and lab) One full academic year Physics (lecture and lab) One full academic year English (lecture) One full academic year • MCAT or DAT The Admissions Committee highly recommends that candidates sit for the MCAT, rather than the DAT, in order to present the most competitive application possible. • Three (3) letters of recommendation or one (1) letter from a Pre-Health Evaluation Committee When is the application deadline? NYCPM offers two (2) start dates, January and September. The application deadline for entrance in January is November 30th and the deadline for entrance in September is June 30th.
