At this point you will be able to pick your own userid and password to access this site. Click the button marked Continue. • The final page displays all the information you have entered. If not, click the button marked Change , then go back and edit anything that you need to. • After you click the Confirm button, you will receive a message that says Thank you! Email has been sent to the address you entered so that you may activate this subscription.
