The Rachel Foundation (RF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization providing reintegration programs and supportive housing for parents and children whose bonds have been damaged or broken through abduction and alienation, particularly in high-conflict divorce. Programs provide intervention and prevention in high-conflict divorce, international and domestic parent abduction, stranger abduction and separations resulting from other causes.
