The free ISPs offered by Compaq and IBM will include a customized postal portal that will give employees access to the postal intranet, USPS Online. The intranet site will offer employees up-to-the minute postal news and important benefits information. In fact, eventually, employees should be able to make changes to benefits selections online. Also, eligible FLSA exempt employees will be able to access some postal websites in order to do postal business from home.
