Franchising Questions What will I receive as part of the In Home Personal Services franchise system?
You and your key management staff will have up to fourteen concurrent days of training at a corporate location and you will also receive up to four days of pre-opening help at your own location. We will help with the application process, documentation, forms creation and licensing process – including required surveys – in compliance with Illinois Department of Public Health licensure for Home Services entities, in accordance with the Adm. Code Part 245. You will have access to: all In Home Personal Services trademarks; our local and national referral sources, business partners and professional relationships; trained management and caregiver staff through our own training school; and other exclusive operational tools. You will also receive marketing support and exposure through current and continual marketing efforts conducted by our corporate office. And, we’ll provide you with a copy of our confidential operations manual to help you run your business effectively.
