This could be because the East Asian Languages package is not installed in your system. Please do the following steps: 1) Click start->Control Panel->Regional and Language Options->in “languages” page. Choose the “Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai)”and “Install files for East Asian languages”. ->click “OK”. 2) After installing, please restart the computer and execute the” Start Full Crawl” before search.
