Members can request for a new password online. Simply click the “Password Assistance” tab under “Member Login”. Then provide your “Membership Number” as Username. Enter the characters you see in the image at “Word Verification” and click “Continue”. Upon successful validation, a system generated password will be sent to the email address provided in your membership profile. If you do not receive our email within the next 12 hours after submitting your request, please write to us at golden.circle@shangri-la.com.
