civil partnership has the same rights as hetero. It is supposed to be even easier than hetero marriage immigration. There are some newspaper articles about it. So yes it is possible. That’s just the law. Of course you will get questioned and i honestly don’t believe that you marry that guy because you are in love with him or even gay… If they find out you are in trouble, serious trouble and don’t believe you just get a second try with another guy you paid.
