FAND maintains standard single-family FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA documents on its system, as well as a full library of ancillary closing documents for a variety of B&C, home equity and reverse mortgage loan programs. FAND also offers an option of adding custom documents for special programs not on FAND’s system.
