The AUTOPURE LS purification results in the effective removal of PCR inhibitors and other contaminants that might interfere with downstream analyses. The purified DNA is high molecular weight (100-200 kb in size) and suitable for downstream analyses ranging from Southern blotting and PCR, to whole-genome SNP genotyping.
