CFA provides services for select private and publicly held companies located in or looking to establish operations in North America and Europe. While our clients can operate in any industry sector, we have emphasized high-tech, bio-tech, resources, manufacturing, distribution and logistics industries. In selecting our clients, we place a great deal of weight on the strength and credibility of the management team and a lesser emphasis on the size of the anticipated transaction. Our goal is to develop long term relationships with our clients.
