The official Neopets shop that sells Earl Grey Tea, Golden Juppie Delight and the like is the “Coffee Shop” (see the first link below). The way to get there other than the link is: Shops, then to the Art Centre (to the right of the Rainbow Pool there is a statue holding a sign that says “Art Centre”, click on it), then to the Coffee House. The second link below is the direct link to the Hidden Tower. The third link is to a page on Jelly Neo which has better directions that I could give you to get to the Hidden Tower. Good luck!
