For these 100 copiers / duplicators, what is the average monthly volume or the school district’s annual volume?
A. This information is posted with the other RFP materials. Q. In the FAQ you feel a walk through would be difficult. We do understand that concern, however we feel at a competitive disadvantage not walking through and seeing the schools. We would take 1.5 days to do the whole system. Do we have your permission to do a walk through? A. I am willing to schedule a walk-through for any interested parties. However, floor plans with locations for requested equipment are available upon request. What machines are currently present is really of no concern at this point. Many allusions to our current fleet are mentioned in these questions. Our experience, coupled with our future direction is the basis for this proposal; not our current fleet.
